Refunds for sponsorships or donations
Sherry and Diya Foundation does it’s best to accurately and securely collect and forward on data to our 3rd party payment gateways as well as displaying donation responses and communicating back to the donor via email. If there is any problem with donations, the messages, the amounts or even if you have a change of mind, we take your concerns seriously. We will evaluate all communication for refunds for sponsorships or donations on a case by case basis. If you have any change of mind or problems with any single or recurring sponsorship or donation, please contact us via our contact page.
In case of any error in transaction, we refund within 7-15 working days.
